The previous operators of this webpage ceased posting updates regarding Apphia Noel’s case in 2024. During Ms. Noel’s arraignment in March 2024, the District Attorney’s representative suggested that this site was managed by Ms. Noel, resulting in one of many reasons a gag order was placed on her. To avoid any potential harm, no further updates were provided by the former operators of this webpage.

This website is now under new administration and will no longer be tracking Apphia Noel or any of her forthcoming court cases. As a final communication to individuals who have been observing this situation for several years, it is important to note that after Apphia voluntarily surrendered in relation to child abduction charges in 2024, the DA subsequently added kidnapping charges. Ms. Noel’s criminal trial commenced in November 2025. During the trial, the judge proposed a diversion program, which she accepted; should she fulfill all requirements associated with this program, her entire case may be dismissed.

We have mutually agreed with the previous website operators to maintain this information for a defined period out of respect for all those who have followed Ms. Noel’s case and prayed for her children over the past four years. Additionally, we will keep the link below to Jesse Jr’s bodycam footage in Georgia, where he was evidently neglected by the police. This final case update will be removed upon the launch of our new site in August 2026.
