To All Women and Parents Who Live in California or Georgia. For your own safety, stay away from him. This man is dangerous and enjoys violent acts against women and children. He has watched these acts via legal and illegal pornography. He has allegedly carried out violent acts against his wife, sons, and others. When his son Jesse Noel Junior reported his father's abuse to the police, to court appointed psychologists, to his pediatrician and therapist, to workers at his elementary school, and to his mother - Judge Michael R. Powell forced him to live with his father when there was an open sexual abuse investigation against him. Imagine reporting someone for raping you to the police. Then as they investigate the crime, they forcefully make you live with the person who assaulted you.

We are a growing community of concerned Americans dedicated to fighting against the often hidden or censored injustice occurring daily against women and children in America.
We don't know exactly how to legally help Apphia and her children, as acquiring good representation may only go so far when you are up against corrupt and inept judges and police departments and powerful Hollywood families. The one thing we can do to protect other Americans is make sure that everybody knows who the Noel family really is, what they have done, and what our Criminal Justice System has done to enable and protect them.
